democracy can defined as the desire made by the people of the country. the first desire is that they would choose there leader who will develop them for choosing our leader we should have voting right. earlier voting right were given only to men not to women. the universal adult franchise is mean by that right to vote by every citizen including all cast, culture, gender, etc. so there is a need of universal adult franchise in a real democracy
