$let \: first5x + 10 = 3(x + 10) \\ \\ = \geqslant 5x + 10 = 3x + 30 \\ \\ = \geqslant 5x - 3x = 30 - 10 \\ \\ = \geqslant 2x = 20 \\ \\ = \geqslant x = \frac{20}{2} \\ \\ = \geqslant x = 10 \\ \\ so \: y = 5 \times 10 \\ \\ = 50$
