Reason for A or B Blood Group People can't able to Donate to Other Group
People having A or B blood group but can't able to donate blood to other group. Why?

A or B blood group have antibodies present in them and thus they can only be donated and then to their respective blood groups but the o blood group does not have any antigens and so can it can be donated to anyone
