According to Laski, rights are those conditions of social life without which no man can seek to be himself at his best. Rights are fundamental and they have been incorporated in fundamental law (constitution) of a land. Fundamental Rights are justifiable rights and given to all citizens. Fundamental Rights are guaranteed in Part III of Indian Constitution. Declaration of Rights during French Revolution, Universal Declaration of Rights and American Bill of Rights inspired framers of Indian Constitution.
