there are many reasons for chest pain some of these Due to resistance in blood circulation also due to acidity blockages in arteries etc

chlonary artery desease, or CAD. A blockage in the heart blood vessels that reduces blood flow and oxygen to the heart muscle itself.This can cause pain known as angina.Its a symptom of heart diseases but typical does not cause permanent damage to the heart.
