Reason for tension between dutch and French speaking communities in Belgium

the Dutch speaking community was about 59 percent and 40 percent french speaking people in country..out of these there were 80 percent french speaking people in Brussels and 20 percent Dutch speaking community in Brussels..
one other reason for tension was that the french speaking community was relatively rich and powerful than Dutch.. The Dutch only got benefit of economic development
