SOME URBAN PLACES DO MOT HAVE SOME BASIC AMENITIES. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE MIGRATE FROM IN URBAN PLACE TO THE ANOTHER. ALSO SOMETIMES DUE TO THE OCCURENCE OF SOME NATURAL CALAMITIES OR DUE TO THE ATTACK OF SOME OUTSIDE ATTACK ALSO PEOPLE MIGRATE FROM URBAN TO URBAN PLACES.

If we talk to have a broad classification of reasons of such migrations then two factors are given

1. Push factor- Rural people have less opportunities and amenities that make them or push them to move to urban areas.

2. Pull factor - People from rural areas are attracted to the urban areas because of opportunities and infrastructure and amenities and facilities available there.. Or we can say the are pulled to cities.

3. When we break up the broad classifications we have some reasons like

Basic infrastructure
Educational facilities
More employment
Medical facilities
Basic and advanced amenities
Business and large markets
Social mileu and social amenities
Centres amd headquarters of many brands and govt dept.
Transport and communication facilities
Climatic and geographical reasons are also behind such migrations

So, we can give many social and economic reasons behind migration to urban areas.
