reason of water availability per person in India is declining?

Because people waste water in larger amount so in ground water level is decrease so per person in india water level is declining

yes, due to continuous increase in population the water available for person is declining day by day
bcoz, population is increasing day by day but freshwater don't....

bhavyanshkinger: Draughts , industrial waste making water unfit for use ,non affordable technology for water treatment and ofcourse less precipitation.
