Young boys and girls litter the school premises when the classes get over, because they think the school will be cleaned after school hours or before school begins next day, so they might as well leave all the rubbish behind. This is a conditioned reflex and it works as a reflex action from acquired knowledge or the lack of better training. The primary reason for doing this must be these children would have seen older people in the family or outside doing identical things.
The blame for the wrongdoing must be shared by all who should have taught them differently, viz.the parents, teachers and the school administration. So, it this the bounden duty of older people and the administration to point out this wrong act and teach young people what to do and what not to do; the elders must also lead by example.
