Statement I:- It causes least environmental pollution because we just convert solar energy into electric energy using photovoltaic cells. They don't need any fuel to run.

Statement II:- Sun doesn't emits any air pollutant because it uses nuclear fusion rxn of hydrogen to produce tremendous amount of energy. Moreover if it produces some pollutants (which is not possible) then its so far away (about 150 million km) that they cannot reach earth.

sun emit many type of harmful and harmless radiation but duo to ozone layer only harmless radiation reach earth surface and harmful radiation reflect back to space. these harmless radiation do not pollute air while we get energy from them.
