The reason for the low human development in most of the northern India.

The current human development in India is low due to many reasons like finance, education and gender of inequality.  These reasons have caused detrimental and concerning effect on India's society. 

Another cause of low human development in northern India is lack of socioeconomic safety nets, Socioeconomic safety nets are transfer programs and as a result many people have been cast and taken to extreme poverty.  Basic needs are also missing in the area and they live extremely a difficult life .

Lack of doctors, there have been one doctor per 2000 people, As a result a lot of people go unchecked, untreated  and overtime they worsen.

These states are less developed as most of the states are dependent on agriculture.

These states are plugged with problems such as poverty,unemployment and illiteracy.

Diseases such as dengue fever, hepatitis, tuberculosis, malaria,pneumonia continues to greatly affects the northern India population due to the increased resistance to drugs, These diseases are highly dangerous and very much common in the northern Indian and the fact that their resistance to medicine is increasing means that they will only cause more devastation in the country.

Widespread unemployment and ineffective economic policies have contributed to the low population growth in the northern India, Job seekers are increasing in number at a higher rate than the expansion in the employment opportunities.  The licensing was controlled by the government but it was later affected by corruption, affecting the business and their growth significantly leading many to poverty.
