On Friday, the wall of the Hussainsagar outlet opposite the Marriott hotel was demolished to carry out repair works.

An officials from the Buddha Bhavan, HMDA, said, “The sluices (a sliding gate or other device for controlling the flow of water) of the Hussainsagar are not in working condition, except the one at the Osmania University.
