I think the people of india 30% were not taking care of this india.
but when we got a new prime minister of BJP, it all changed. the notes also changed, the black money gone....
also the people rich or poor thought about the cleanliness and go for it.
Now this country is developing day by day by the swachh bhaat abhiyaan,
by the talent of the small children etc.......
And now is still a developing country and still as a developing country..
