Monsoon showers brings respite from sultry whether conditions but also brings along miseries for people marking the onset of seasonal diseases .The risk of infectious diseases increases during monsoons due to inundation of roads ,areas and localities.

according to doctors ,water logging on roads and lanes of city localities are an open invitation of water- borne diseases and corrective measures should be taken to keep diseases at bay .several cases of water-borne diseases have been reported at the hospital with the onset of monsoon .

suggesting ways to prevent diseases ,is vomiting ,body ache ,pain in abdomen and loose motions re one of the first signs of the monsoon maladies.To keep away from these ,students should follow some habits which is :people should drink purified or boiled water and wash hands as and when required .people should avoid intake of stale or cut food ,and lot let water stagnate inside or near the homes ..also take care of eye's infection skin allergies,especially in rainy season.
