Recently a large travel agency was asked to pay Rs 8 lakh as compensation to a group of tourists. Their foreign trip was poorly managed and they missed Disneyland and shopping in Paris. Why did the victims of Bhopal Gas Tragedy (2 December 1984) then get so little for a lifetime of misery and pain?

This is the greedy government of our country as they know if they provide good facilities to foreigners they will come again and thus spend a lot money so that government could benefit from it. While they know that they would have to give compensation to the people who died in tragedy so they ignore them as they will not profit from them. Instead this is we people who pay billion of rupees tax to government on everything but still they have worry about those foreigners who invaded and killed their ancestors for 200 years.
