Recently a NOTA (None of the Above) option has been added in the Electronic Voting Machine which gives voters a choice to not cast their vote to any candidate. What do you think is the significance of this option? Is it the same as not casting your vote at all?

i think the people want to live their lives with there own decisions and they don't want to rule by one another because of this the government has added NOTA option
