Subject : Precautions taken by the local citizens in the wake of the cyclone

Respected Sir/Mam

                               This is Amita we have been hearing and reading about the cyclone that is to come . we the people of our village has taken some precautions such as the high area places are occupied with shelters and some of the shelters are stacked with food , medicine and other basic material. The government officials have also opened the government schools for us to stay indoors in case of flood. we are unaware of the severity of the cyclone but our hearts filled with courage and we are ready to fight the battle .

I would also like to inform the government to take the most efficient precautions since there number of villages which have not taken any precautions . I wrote through your esteemed diary so that people would be more educated about the upcoming issue

I hope that you would have understood the seriousness of this issue and i hope you would publish it in your newspaper.
