A week has passed still, I am in shock about the burglary at a neighbor’s house.  We have resided in this area for the past one decade and always felt it’s the safest area of this city. I wish I could have done something at that time and could have rescued people from being robbed.  

Last Friday when I came back from work I heard some strange sound from the neighbor’s house, but ignored thinking it must be from somewhere else. My one cautious step could have saved my neighbor’s house from burgled.  

Lesson:

This incidence taught me a lifelong lesson of believing our own instinct. Never ignore anything which sounds strange. A timely inquiry can avoid a big miss-happening.
