I am a Resident of Ranganayakula pet Locality. I am writing this letter in order to report you about the negligence of the schools which participated in the Cleaner, Greener India campaign conducted by the Municipal Council. Recently a campaign was conducted by your council known as Cleaner, Greener India. Many schools from the city took part in this campaign. The objective was to make Kids do the social activities like Planting Trees, Cleaning Streets and Protesting against Plastic use to motivate the people.
As far as I remember 25 schools took part in this rally. But when I saw the Rally there were only about a hundred and fifty or two hundred students who took part in it. I was rather shocked seeing this and asked the respective authorities about the incident but they answered me carelessly. Most of the schools didn’t even participate. As this rally was conducted by you to make people motivated , I wanted to report to you about this matter so that you might take action against these schools and conduct the rally again with more students so that residents of the locality take this matter seriously and get motivated. I am responding to this matter as a responsible citizen.

Sir:
I am writing this letter to bring to your notice the mockery of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Recently, the Municipal Council of our area organized rally for a cleaner, greener India in which hundreds of schools participated. It was a good initiative; but I was shocked to see so much of litter left behind by the participants in the rally.
I have made a video of the litter which I am attaching with the letter. The people in our area are felling resentment over the mockery of Clean India Movement this rally has done. I on behalf of the residents appeal to you to take action against the organizers for making such a mockery of the great Clean India Movement. I hope you will take the right action.
