Dear Diary
Today was a rather eventful day. My friends and I went to watch the India-England test match at the Narendra Modi Stadium. I was excited about the match as well as the stadium. It is the largest cricket stadium in the world and right in our state! It is so spacious, and can accommodate so many people, yet the view from our seats was really good. I enjoyed each ball and each strike of the match. Of course I was supporting India, but I couldn’t stop myself from applauding each time a player -Indian or English, performed well. After all, that is the true spirit of sportsmanship, isn’t it? I am already looking forward to enjoying more matches at the new stadium.
