I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with poor quality of your taxi center service.
I am one of your regular travelers that take a taxi for your taxi center to go to my workplace every day. Last day, on 21th on June, I have been wait more than one hour for your taxi. However, I called several times, and each time one of your staff assured me that my taxi would be arrived at least in five minutes. After arrival, I found my driver was not familiar with town, so I had to give him direction.
Besides, my driver was so young and very careless, he never attention to red light or his speed. Consequently, police stop us and gave him firm. All these matters cause I late and lost my important appointment with my new client.
I think this matter deserve your urgent attention. I think you should hire new expert driver, someone with both town and law. Other thing that you can do that punish your careless employees.
