My name is Ayush . I have written this letter to complaint you about phone. I want to tell that I have bought a new smartphone of Vivo Y 50 online from your company . The phone is not good and phone has developed a fault. The fault is It is not working properly and it is new and I have downloaded my one of the game name Free Fire in this and when I have downloaded the game and the phone started hanging . I want to tell you that please replace this phone with new phone or give my 20000 rupees back. Please do what you want or otherwise I will report against you . Last week I have ordered an oppo mobile from your online store. That was for my study purpose. And I received it two days back. That was a defective product which I received.
