Sir,

I am Ankit from East District in Kanpur.I am sad to write this letter to you as I had bought an AC last day from your shop but it is not working properly that it has serious technical issues. I came to be known from my friends and others that your shop is so good in electrical appliances and services. So I decided to buy the AC from your shop. I was happy to buy it from your shop.But now,it is not working properly and so am writing this complaint to you. It seems to be so hard to fix it.Me and my family had told this to one servicer but he told us to get back this AC to the shop where you had bought this and fix the problems and use it.It will be a good chance for us too to see how to fix these problems if any emergencies arise.So,am kindly requesting you to come and check the problems and find a solution for it. With a great hope that you will give a positive reply and fix the probs as soon as possible,
