Dear Diary,
Today is my birthday, as you might have already known! I wanted to have a great celebration this year, as i am turning 18, thanks to the current situation, I cannot do so. I was sad that I would not be able to celebrate my birthday, but thanks to my friends and family, I actually enjoyed it a lot. My friends threw me a party online and had gifts delivered to me. My cousins called and wished me over the phone, with some of them making the effort to write a poem for me. I did not expect this at all, as I thought that it would be like any other day in quarantine. I learnt that with a good group of friends and a great family, no day can be bad at all.
I wish I could write all that happened, but I'm too tired to do so. I will surely write about the gifts I got, tomorrow. Until then, Goodbye.

Yesterday was my birthday and I felt sad because of lockdown due to covid-19; as there's was not too much celebrations but I realised that it's our duty to stay home and can save our country from this virus and in evening my mother made a beautiful homemade cake for me.
I realised that happiness is in ourselves not in other things, this was my best birthday in my life as I realised the real meaning of happiness and celebrated it with my family.
