Giridih organized a science fair on a grand scale on Saturday. Students from VI to XII classes
presented working models, projects, experiments, magical tricks, 3-D models
etc. The special attraction of the exhibition was the horror room which gave
thrills to one and all. President
Mr. D.S. Sharma, Director Ms. Meenakshi Sharma, Principal Ms. Radhika Malhotra
graced the occasion Director Ms. Meenakshi Sharma lighted the ceremonial lamp.
The chief guest, Mr. Rajesh Jain, the Mayor of
Ranchi Municipal Corporation, accompanied by the members of school management
committee visited each and every section of the exhibition and appreciated the wonderful creations of
the students. He lauded the school for
its efforts for bringing out the hidden talents of students and with a focus on
creating more awareness of science, technology and engineering. The working
model of solar train was declared as the best model and a cash prize of rupees
20,000/- along with certificate for innovation was awarded to the Manoj Sharma,
the maker of the model.

Giridh, 20 October 2018: An excellent science exhibition was held in ABC school in Giridh where the students put on display creations like automatic drone cameras, robots which could act as teachers and so on.
The students participating were mostly from classes 9-12.
Dr A. Ghosh of Xyz university had been judging in the exhibition.
