The receipe reads '4 servings', but I sometimes eat it all and call it 'dinner'
INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

Add minced garlic to skillet and saute 1 minute. Stir in chopped tomato and saute until thoroughly heated. Stir in remaining 1/4 tsp each of salt and pepper. Spoon mixture over spinach on platter. Drizzle with vinegar and serve immediately.
