• The sports teacher or coach should use gender-neutral words when referring to students, e.g. let's start playing kids, or lead it with your friend instead of this girl or that boy.  It will help them focus more on the job given to them instead of which gender they are working with.

• Another way can be, school teachers should break stereotypes like if boys get hurt they can endure it and girls cannot, or boys can't cry and girls can. It creates emotional instability which hinders growth in kids.
