Φ breakfast-
we should take light breakfast like some fruits, almonds, cashew, etc.

Φlunch-
we should take the meal food which we used to take everyday like rice, pulse, with green vegetables and salad.

Φsnack-
we should take some fruits.
It is as same as breakfast.

Φdinner-
We should take light food so that we can able to sleep well. We can take anything which you like with chapati and salad.

Dont forget to take a glass of milk.
