W.K.T radius of circle = 2 pi r

Given, 2 pi r = 22 cm

                      = 2 * 22/7 * r = 22

                     =  22 * 7 / 22 * 2

                     = 7/2

Volume of cylinder = pi r * r * h

                                =  22/7 * 7/2 * 7/2 * 10(Given h = 10)

                                = 385 cm^3

Hope this helps!

Answer:

Here,

Circumference of the base of the cylinder is equal to the length of the paper.

=2πr = 22cm

= 2×22/7×r = 22cm

= 44r/7=22cm

=r=22×7/44

=r=7/2

Volume of cylinder = πr²h

= 22/7×7/2×7/2×10

= 77/2×10

= 77×5

= 385 cm³
