 \bold{ \therefore \: 2\pi \: r = 22}

 \bold{r = 22 \times  \frac{7}{2}  \times 22 = 3.5}

Height of cylinder (h)= 10cm

 \bold{ \therefore \: volume \: of \: cylinder \:  = \pi \:  {r}^{2} h}

 \bold{ \implies \:  \frac{22}{7}  \times 3.5 \times 3.5 \times 10}

 \bold{ \implies \: 385 {cm}^{3}}
