this is the answer

  • length = 40 m
  • breadth = 15 m

according to the law, a minimum of 3m, wide space on each of other side.

i.e leaving the space as per the law the dimension became,

  • length= 40- 6= 34m
  • breadth = 15 - 4=11m

so the area = length × breadth

34× 11= 374 m^2
