Sides of rectangle are 6 & 4.

Area of Rectangle = 6 × 4 = 24

Now

LCM of 6 & 4 = 12

So length of each side of square must be 12 units.

Area of 1  Square = 12 × 12 = 144

Minimum No of Rectangular tiles required to make a Square = 144 ÷ 24

                                                                                                     = 6
