▪︎Formula used⤵️

  • volume of rectangular tank = length × breadth × height cubic unit

▪︎ Given⤵️

  • length of tank = 3m
  • breadth of tank = 2m
  • height of tank =5m

▪︎To find⤵️

  • quantity of water( litres) tank can hold

▪︎ solution⤵️

➡️ we know that volume of cubiod (rectangular tank) = length × breadth ×height

= volume of tank = 3 × 2 × 5= 30m³

also, we know that 1m³= 1000L

so,

Volume of tank = 30 × 1000L = 30000L

☆ hence tank can hold 30000L of water
