LET PRICE OF SHOES=s
AND PRICE OF SANDALS=d
i.e. 22s+16d=37700...................1
and 8s+32d=41200
i.e. 4s+16d=20600.......................2
BY SUBTRACTING 2 FROM 1, WE GET
18s=17100
i.e. s=950
BY PUTTING THIS VALUE IN 1, WE GET
22(950)+16d=37700
i.e. 20900+16d=37700
i.e. 16d=37700-20900
i.e. d=16800/16=1050
i.e. d-s=1050-950=100
