refractive index = speed of light in vacuum = 1.5
speed of light in glass
1.5 = 3 x 108 / speed of light in glass

speed of light in glass = 3 x 108 / 1.5 = 2.2 x 108 m/s

frequency = speed / wavelength
= 2 x 108 / 750 x 10-9 = 4 x 1014 hz
