Zn+CuSO4------------->ZnSO4+Cu

here Zn(reducing agent) is getting oxidized to form ZnSO4, whereas CuSO4 (oxidizing agent)is getting reduced to Cu.

as both reduction and oxidation are occuring it is a redox reaction.
