We have,

\Large{ \longmapsto  \frac{169}{78} }

\Large{ =  \frac{ {}^{13}  \:  \cancel{169} }{ \cancel{78} _6} } \longmapsto  \left[ dividing \: numerator \: and \: denominator \: by \: 13 \right]

 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \left(  \because 13 \: is \: a \: common \: factor \: both \: for \: 169 \: and \: 78 \right)

\Large{ =  \frac{13}{6} }

To convert \frac{169}{78} in the standard form we have to check which number is both of them divisible to.

169 and 78 are divisible by 13 so we divide 13 from the denominator as well as the numerator.

\frac{169/13}{78/13}

\frac{13}{6}

Now here we don't have common factors for \frac{13}{6} .

\frac{13}{6} is the standard form of \frac{169}{78}.
