Given Equation is y + 5 = 0.

⇒ y = -5.

⇒ y = (0)x - 5.

⇒ y = (0)x + (-5)

⇒ The equation is of the form y = mx + c.

(i) Slope:

⇒ m = 0.

(ii) y-intercept of the line:

⇒ y-intercept  = c = -5.

Hope this helps!
