Force = Mass * Acceleration

Let the acceleration ( speed) be x.

So,

45 N = 80 kg * x km/h

45 = 80 * x

X = 80 /45 = 16/9 = 1.777 = Approximately 1.8 km/h

Answer : Magnitude of the driving force ( Acceleration) ( Speed) is Approximately 1.8 km/h.
