After some research and beating around the Bush, this is what I've learned:
a) This is the Dirham, the official currency of United Arab Emirates.
b)One Dirham is worth 20.05 Indian Rupees, or 0.27 US Dollar.
c)+d)
- This is actaully a 25 fils coin, just like the Indian paisa is 1/100th of a rupee, the fil is 1/100th of a Dirham.
- The numerals in the center are Arabic numerals for "25".
- The Arabic letters read "United Arab Emirates" in the attachment I provided.
- What you've provided is an older version of the coin, the newer one has been attached.
