refraction me frequency or phase chande nhi hota lekin refraction me phase change hota h. Refraction ke time toh reflaction bhi hota h or phase change bhi. Kya h ye sub??????

In refraction light bends because it goes in a medium where it slows down or becomes faster. As frequency is the characteristic of light it never changes. but the whole light is not refracted and a bit is also reflected. Hope this helps.
