____hey mate here is ur answer ____

A glass prism is a transparent object having two triangularends and three rectangular sides. Therefraction of light in glass prism is different from a glass slab. This is because in glass prism, the incident ray of light is not parallel to emergent ray of light.

hope it helps U ..

Answer:

When light travels through a rectangular glass prism or rectangular slab, refraction occurs two times. One at thinangle if incidence which gives the angle of refraction and the other at the angle of emergence which is given by the refracted ray.

Refraction occurs as the light travels fro air medium to glass medium.

In case of glass slab, incident ray is parallel to the emergent ray.

Hope this bring a smile in your face
