Answer:

Refractive index of a material is defined as the ratio of speed of light in vacuum to the speed of light in that material. The refractive index of water relative to glass is inverse of the refractive index of glass relative to water. so the answer is 8/9.

\huge\underline{ \mathbb\red{❥A} \green{n}\mathbb\blue{S} \purple{w} \mathbb \orange{E}\pink{r}}\:

Refractive index of water wrt air= 4/3

Refractive index of water wrt air= 4/3Refractive index of glass wrt to air = 3/2

Refractive index of air wrt water = 1/(refractive index of water wrt air) = 1/(4/3) = 3/4

Refractive index of glass wrt water = (Refractive index of glass wrt air) × (refractive index of air wrt water) = (3/2) × (3/4) = 9/8.
