\huge{ \underline{ \mathfrak{ \green{ \: Answer}}}}

^{x}μ_{y} × ^{y}μ_{z} × ^{z}μ_x = 1

\frac{2}{3} × \frac{4}{3} × ^{z}μ_x = 1

\frac{8}{9} × ^{z}μ_x = 1

^{z}μ_x = \frac{9}{8}

Thus refractive index of medium z with respect to medium x = \frac{9}{8}

^{x}μ_y = \frac{2}{3}

\displaystyle{\frac{Speed \:of\: light\: in \:medium\: x}{Speed \:of \:light\: in\: medium\: y}} = \frac{2}{3}

\displaystyle{\frac{3 × 10^8}{Speed\: of\: light\: in \:medium \:y }} = \frac{2}{3}

Speed of light in medium y = 4.5 × 10^8
