- Gujarat- Pulses like moong, udad, breads like roti, chapati, bajra's chapati, and special savories like khaman, dhokla, etc.
- Kerala- Rice is very common among the Malayalam people. Besides idli sambhar, dosa, menduvada, etc.
- Punjab- Items like aloo mutter, aloo parathas, moong dal, Naan, Kulcha, and Chola Bhatura are famous among Punjabis and Sikhs.
- West Bengal- Bengalis eat very famous sweets of India i.e., Rasgulla, and generally eat Indian Veggies.
