Importance of regular balanced diet and exercise to (Swathi)

Eating a healthy balanced diet accompanied by regular exercise is essential in maintaining physical and mental health and well-being. Not only are these effective in preventing excess weight gain or in maintaining weight loss, but healthier lifestyles are also associated with improved sleep and mood. Balanced diet and exercise are key to good health. Both of these in combination helps our systems to function properly, helps maintain a healthy weight, reduce body fat, provides the body with energy, promote good sleep, and make us feel better about ourselves. What can be achieved?

More muscle mass.
Looking better.
Feeling better.
Easier time waking up in the morning.
Less dependence on the doctor’s.
Less likely to end up taking lots of pharmaceuticals later in life.
Better ability to cope with stress.
Healthier parents give birth to healthier children. Child’s risks of diseases are also reduced because of your good health choices.
What can be prevented?

Heart disease, diabetes, stroke, cancer, just about every illness that exists - risks for all of these things decrease.
How much body fat you have.
Depression.
The perfect and optimal type of exercise would be something like the following:

Walking near enough every day for a decent amount. Even 30 minutes every day is enough to see improvements in health.
Strength training 3 times per week. Start by following a good basic program if you’re new, such as stronglift’s 5x5. Make sure to practise good form. You can find such things on YouTube from reputable people like Omarisuf, Alan Thrall and Athlean X.
I wouldn’t recommend excessive jogging. Walking is actually better than jogging. Making a regular routine of walking is really great.

Essentially, almost all the bad things that can happen to you are less likely to happen (except injury, which is also unlikely if you do things correctly) and all the good things that you want to happen to you are more likely to happen.
