Regulating and damming of rivers affect
their natural flow causing Poor Sediment
flow and excessive sedimentation at the
bottom of reservior resulting in rockier
stream beds and poorer habitat for the
river aquatic life.

can any body explain this point in simple word.... plzz ​

Hii dear

It means when a dam is built, aquatic life is affected a lot, i.e, it makes difficult for aquatic fauna to migrate especially for spawning.
