The procedure which Rehman must follow to wash his silk scarf properly are the following -
1. First, dip the silk scarf in the cold water containing detergent which is mild and silk friendly.
2. Now soak the scarf for 5 minutes.
3. After soaking, rinse the scarf in cold water.
4. Now, in order to remove extra moisture ball the scarf together.
5. Dry the scarf. Do not use iron on it.
