$:\implies$3/13 = x/65

$:\implies$3(65) = x(13)

$:\implies$195 = 13x

$:\implies$195/13 = x

$:\implies$15 = x

$:\implies$x = 15

Hence, She bought 15 notebooks of Rs 65.
