An anecdote about Gandhiji: Once upon a time, a very small girl came to Gandhi with her mother. The mother complained to Gandhi that she ate a lot of sugar and asked Bapu to scold her.

When bapu instructed them to come back after a few days, she was surprised but did so. Later he said that he himself had the habit of eating sugar and he could not scold someone like that.
